Adexen Recruitment Agency is looking to recruit a Country Manager for Canada.
Adexen’s client is a high R&D Company offering well servicing services.
Job description
The country manager has the full responsibility of managing the operations in Canada. He manages different bases across the area to serve the clients.
His main mission is to liaise with the clients, to sell, to manage and to support the Operation bases.
The country manager represents the brand and the values of the company within the area.
He is expected to be a loyal business development manager for the Company.
The job is based in Canada.
Responsibilities
Structure and set up the action and the servicing plan.
He contributes to define the strategy that answers best the expectations of the clients.
He is in charge of managing and developing the client portfolio in the region.
He follows up the client orders and guaranties the quality of the roll of the operations.
He contributes to the improvement of the services.
He analyses and understands the clients requests and manages all preliminary operations as well as the coordination with the different departments (Legal, Technical Sales, …).
He manages and participates to the bidding process and to client negotiations.
He constantly analyses the evolution of the market and proposes development of New service lines.
He contributes to the development of new operation bases over his area.
He contributes to the recruitment and the selection of all personnel in his area.
Defines and meets the Kpi’s of his area and of the bases.
Provides regular an accurate reports to the HQ
Skills and experience
Engineering diploma. Ideally with a good background in Oil & Gas and/or in very similar sectors.
MBA or very good business management knowledge
Good understanding of Technologies linked to mechanical processes as well as in Hydraulic
Appreciates and enjoys very technical environment and to lead technical discussions.
10-15 experience in the O&G Ideally in the following companies (Halliburton, Schlumberger, Smith, Weatherford…)
Good knowledge of Well operations.
Autonomous, structured, rigorous and reliable
An experience as Base Manager, Country Manager or Area Manager would be very much appreciated
Ability to set up a professional network and with very good interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of the Canadian Market would be a plus.
Fluent in English
French is a plus
