SALES/ MARKETING EXECUTIVE
The Sales/Marketing Officer is to lead a team focused on increasing our clientele , through our unique home ownership subscription scheme or via mortgage ,outright purchase. The successful candidate is required to develop innovative strategies for: , creating a subscription base of over 2,000 home-buying members in the first year and aim to increase subscription by at least 50% annually, over the next 3 years.

SALES ASSISTANTS
The Sales Assistants are to work within the sales and marketing team focusing on driving sales of our home ownership scheme .The incumbents must be self motivated and highly energetic individuals with marketing talents to fit well into the sales and marketing team.

MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT
The Management Accountant will be responsible for coordinating, planning & budgeting processes and developing the use of key performance indicators to provide incisive analysis/reports to drive performance improvement and the; attainment of strategic goals. The incumbent will also be responsible for the safe custody and management of the Group’s considerable investments in fixed assets and inventories at project sites and will provide financial support to commercial, i project site and business unit managers. This important position calls for a qualified accountant with demonstrable analytical skills and a probing attitude, with the ability to effortlessly liaise with colleagues at all levels within the group. .


FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT
The Financial Accountant will be a pivotal player in the finance function, lead a team responsible for transaction processing, recording& reporting, credit control I, and cash flow management. This position calls for a qualified professional who has; successfully performed a similar role, preferably within the construction, real estate; or service industry. The incumbent’ must be competent in the use of computerized financial applications, diligent, enthusiastic with keen eye for detail, comfortable  with holding people to account.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
The Construction Manager will be responsible for implementation of all our projects and the designated resources. This position calls for an understanding of the project ‘scope, schedule, budget, quality standards and customer expectations. The incumbent will be expected to have preformed similar roles successfully and be prepared to create innovative ways of building our affordable homes on time, to pacesetting cost and quality in the industry.

GROUP QUANTITY SURVEYOR
The Group QS will head a team of quantity surveyors focused on managing the cost of all projects and enhance value for money by preparing’ accurate bill of quantities, progress reports including valuation of works and estimates of final accounts. The incumbent is expected to bring innovative ideas to reducing the cost of affordable housing delivery to our customers.

GROUP TOWN PLANNER
The Group Town Planner will be responsible ‘for conceiving and developing housing layout schemes, taking into consideration the short and long term effects of developments on the immediate community ensuring all planning requirements are met. The incumbent is to prepare EIA and planning reports submit and procure planning approvals, permits for all our housing schemes and other developments. Previous Project .Management experience is desirable but can be developed on the job

PLANT AND VEHICLES OFFICER
The Plant and Vehicles officer will be responsible for maintaining operations of the Plant and Vehicle unit in order to facilitate scheduled construction works.

SITE SUPERVISOR
The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing construction work along with the use of materials and labour on site. The incumbent must be a hands-on person who can handle site operations with minimal supervision from the project officer.
